Extractions & wisdom teeth
Gentle, carefully controlled extractions.
When a tooth can no longer be saved, or a wisdom tooth is badly positioned, painful or impacted, removing it protects your oral health.
We favour atraumatic techniques that preserve the bone and speed up healing, with clear aftercare instructions for a calm recovery.
Step by step
How it works
- 01
X-ray diagnosis
A panoramic X-ray, or 3D CBCT for impacted wisdom teeth, locates the tooth and its roots precisely.
- 02
Procedure
Extraction under local anaesthesia with gentle, controlled movements.
- 03
Follow-up
Personal aftercare advice and a healing check.
Frequently asked questions
Do wisdom teeth always need to come out?
No. They are removed when they cause pain, infection, decay or lack space. An X-ray helps decide.
How long is recovery?
Usually a few days. Some swelling is normal for the first 48 hours; we give you precise instructions.
Can I work the next day?
After a simple extraction, usually yes. For an impacted wisdom tooth, plan one or two days of rest.
